What We Do
We provide custom workouts and nutrition coaching for all clients who have individual coaching. Our approach is less about the looks and more about the mind-body connection. We meet clients at their level and work to help them to succeed regardless of limitations or injuries.
Balance – We believe that our highest capacity for health and happiness is achieved when we prioritize balance. We try to help clients see where they can integrate more balance into their lives, and release the preconceived ideas of what fitness looks like.
Movement is life – A body in motion stays in motion.
Education – We believe that education is the key to empowering clients to make lasting changes.
Fun – We believe that working out can (and should) be fun!
Nourishment – All of us need to nourish our bodies with nutritious foods and nutrients that help to maintain our quality of life.

Training from Northborough Site
Individual or couples coaching available at the Northborough site. Work out in privacy with personalized tailored coaching. Try an individual session or package deal.
Customized Online Coaching
Online training provides all of the benefits of a personalized training program from the comfort of your own home. I will customize your online training to include whichever elements (personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching) you would like in order for you to better reach your fitness goals.
Hybrid is a mixture of training from your home and online, therefore providing all the benefits of in person training while aiming to minimize some of the risks with less exposure.

Training from Your Home is also available depending on distance. Please reach out directly to inquire about this service.

As the founder of Motus Gym, I believe in the positive ripple effect of incorporating movement into our daily lives, and that every person is so much more capable than they realize of moving better, feeling better, and living better.
